生物质颗粒热风炉 节能环保养殖烘干干燥暖风炉

生物质热风炉(空调)主要适用于被干燥物料不允许被污染,或应用于温度较低的热敏性物料干燥。如:奶粉、制药、合成树脂、精细化工等。此种加热装置,即是将蒸气、导热油、烟道气等载体热量通过多种形式的热交换器来加热空气。
一、应用范围:

2、涂装行业:电机漆包线、汽车、摩托车、集装箱、家电、印铁制罐、面板等工业产品的烘烤漆,喷塑粉固化等
3、纺织印染和无纺布行业:热定型、热熔染色、焙烘、热风拉幅
4、铸造、磨具、磨料行业:型砂、砂芯、砂布和砂轮烘干
5、化工、制药行业:化学制品、化工产品和药品的制备和干燥;
6、建材行业:木材干燥、人造板、层压板烘干、石膏板烘干、玻璃纤维制品烘干
7、供热、取暖:车间厂房、办公室、家庭房屋取暖;
8、蔬菜、养殖行业:花卉、蔬菜大棚、养鸡、养鸭、养猪等养殖场保温取暖;
9、焊接材料行业:焊条、焊剂烘干;
10、保温材料、玻璃钢行业:硅酸铝纤维制品、稀土保温、玻璃钢制品的烘干;

二、特性
1、环保卫生:采用更先进的负压半气化燃烧技术,全面避免正压燃烧带来的炉温不均、燃烧不透、烟气四溢、炉口冒火、回火、高温结焦、局部烧损等缺陷。烟和清洁空气各行其道。空气通过炉体加热到所需温度,变成无毒、无菌、清洁净化的新鲜热空气。 
2、节能高效:自动点火,热风预热,生物质颗粒燃烧充分,炉体高温部分实行多层换热的高效吸热技术,辐射受热面、对流换热和热传导受热面结合换热,换热器多回程布局,换热面积大,烟气逆流换热,热利用率高,换热块、排烟温度低。
3、灵活组配:模块化炉体设计,节省空间,室内室外均可安装,余热热风可回收,也可不回收。回收:不浪费热量、更节能省钱;不回收,升温与换气同步进行,迅速补充新鲜空气,彻底将有害物质排出用热、取暖空间。 
4、操作简捷:微电脑控制,自动点火、自动排烟、自动通风、自动控温、自动切换大小火和停炉。清灰简单,加料方便,检修无死角。
5、安全可靠:产品供热不需暖气片,减少了二次换热的热消耗;不用水,不用担心水垢、结冰的隐患。烟、风各自独立通道,热风无火星、更安全。耐高温不锈钢本体,更耐烧,温度可控,不烧穿。
6、成本低廉:燃料需求量相对于传统取暖方式(土炉子)能节省50%-70%,比用电节省60%-70%。比燃油、燃气节省50%-65%。一至两年即可回收成本。
